2. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product must be reported as defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • To qualify for a replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order details.

  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or modification by the customer.
  • Replacement requests made after the 2-day window following delivery.
  • Products without proof of purchase or clear evidence of damage/defects.

3. Refund Policy

Acube Mart does not offer direct refunds for any products unless:

  • The item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable after placing the order.
  • In cases where a replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund at our discretion.

Refund Process:

  • If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy
